The modern education system has told our bravest, most creative thinkers to sit down and be quiet. It’s time for us to stand up and help them find their voice.
CREATE is opening in Fall 2020, and we are now accepting names for our prospective student list! Use the CONTACT button or email CREATEConservatory@gmail.com for more information.

At CREATE Conservatory, we are reimagining how our youngest minds should be taught. We believe in empirically-supported models of instruction, educational freedom for teachers, and integration of the arts throughout the curriculum. We believe that education goes hand-in-hand with exploration and that every child has the right to discover and achieve their mind’s fullest potential through creativity and movement.
CREATE Conservatory is the first school in central Florida grounded in arts integration, with a curriculum inspired by The John F. Kennedy Center for the Arts In Washington, DC, a tested model that’s gaining momentum nationwide.
What if there was a K-5 school that let kids abandon their desks and traditional school routines and learn through the arts? Where things like visual arts, music and movement are infused in each lesson? Where teachers are empowered with flexibility and encouraged to innovate?
Teacher and Educational Leader Nicole Duslak has been asking these questions for years, and now with a gifted creative young son and limited education options, she’s ready to bring her vision to life in Lake County, Florida.
Nicole brings to Lake County education “Relationship Centered Leadership”. Her empathy, integrity, passion for creative development, and desire to change both education options and leadership standards make CREATE the new rising star in Lake County schools.
